The Program

Precision Fitness designs programs based on individual goals. We design the programs based on your blood sugar patterns and insulin levels. Scientists today know that excessive insulin is the number one cause for obesity today. Unfortunately, everybody produces a different amount of insulin. If you could measure the amount of insulin your body produced, you could predict the amount of fat your body stores everyday. Precision Fitness has designed a program that measures your individual insulin levels. This allows us to design a program specifically for your body.

We follow three basic principals of physiology
1. Exercise
2. Blood Sugar patterns
3. Insulin Levels

Exercise
There are two common mistakes in exercise, not working out enough or working out too much. Both can be devastating to your program. Precision Fitness finds your level and designs your program accordingly. Our program is progressive. Unfortunately the body will adapt to whatever you do so our program evolves with your body.

Blood Sugar
Blood sugar can tell us a lot about a person. Everyone develops patterns in their blood sugar. We can tell when you’re tired, hungry, angry or even when your craving sweets just through your blood sugar patterns. Precision Fitness finds these patterns and corrects them, allowing the body to stabilize. Once your patterns return to normal, your energy will increase and your appetite will suppress. Thus, the cravings for sweets will disappear.

Insulin
Excessive Insulin has been stated as the number one cause of obesity. But how much do you produce and how do you control it? Precision Fitness has designed a way to measure insulin levels allowing us to control the amount of fat your body stores everyday. We can pinpoint insulin levels and successfully accomplish permanent weight loss without damaging your metabolism.
